A Lima man indicted on two charges that include felonious assault has accepted a plea deal. Jamale Fox accepted a deal that will have him plea guilty to count two of improperly discharging firearm at or into a habitation or school safety zone with a firearm specification in exchange for the dismissal of count one, felonious assault.

The first indictment list of the 2022 calendar year highlights three Lima residents that were indicted by the Allen County Grand Jury. The first being indicted on one count of aggravated murder, and two counts of murder. The other two Lima residents on the January indictment list were arrested after a drug investigation by the FBI and West Central Ohio Crime Task Force, where over one kilogram of suspected fentanyl was seized.

The jury trial for a Lima man has begun in Allen County Common Pleas Court. Frank Alexander was indicted by the Allen County Grand Jury on ten counts of rape, six counts of Sexual Battery, and one count of gross sexual imposition. According to the Indictment, the alleged acts occurred during various periods of time, starting as early as 2008 and again from 2011 until January 2019. The indictment states that the victims were under 13 years old at the time.

The indictment by the grand jury says that the incident happened on July 1st. Lima police officers served a warrant at Luckett's home the same day, where they found marijuana, $15,000 in cash, and three guns. As part of the plea deal, Luckett will surrender the cash and the firearms to the Lima Police Department. In exchange, there will be no drug charges brought against him.
