Ohio District 12 State Senator and Waynesfield native, Susan Manchester, has been appointed chair of the Senate Government Oversight and Reform Committee. The appointment as chair comes one week after she was sworn in as District 12 state senator, which serves all of Allen, Auglaize, Champaign, Mercer, and Shelby counties and portions of Darke and Logan counties.
