AMERICAN TWP, ALLEN CO. OHIO (WLIO) - A water heater was the cause of a small fire at Liberty Retirement Community just after 7 am Saturday.
Firefighters found the source in the mechanical room, and the sprinkler system limited the spread of the fire beyond that room, and the firefighters quickly put out the fire.
