BATH, Oho (WLIO) - No EPA violations were found at the Re:Source Recycling inc. Facility near Bath township.
Complaints from Bath residents were raised about odors coming from the site.
Re:Source officials say they've been working to make improvements since the complaints and heard from the EPA that they had no violations.
Alongside the employees, residents also spoke, mentioning improvements at the site and describing the company as responsive and understanding.
"Bath Township values their business community, and that, we just hope that we can work together to come to an amicable solution to the challenges we've been experiencing with the composting facility, and we think that we can continue to work together in that effort," says Brad Baxter, Bath Township Trustee.
Trustees say they'll continue to both listen to residents as well as support their local business.
