LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) — A Lima man has been indicted on multiple felony charges involving child pornography.
Luke Baumgartner, 30, was indicted by an Allen County Grand Jury on 26 counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material, all felonies of the second degree. He also faces three additional counts of the same charge classified as fifth-degree felonies.
In addition, Baumgartner was charged with 10 counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor. Authorities say the charges stem from incidents that occurred between 2021 and August 2025. Baumgartner is currently out on bond and is awaiting arraignment on the charges.
