LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) — A Lima man has been indicted on nearly 100 sex-related charges, including allegations involving a victim under 13 years old.
Christopher Duran, 49, entered not guilty pleas on 42 counts of rape, 36 counts of sexual battery, and 12 counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor. He also faces six counts of use of a minor in nudity-oriented material and one count of bribery.
According to the indictment, the alleged incidents occurred between 2014 and 2022. Authorities say the victim or victims were under 13 years old at the time of some of the incidents.
Duran is being held on a $500,000 bond.
