With an overall score of 5.3, Lima stands out for its low cost of living, short average commute of just 15 minutes, and tight-knit community spirit. The city’s median home value of $91,956 and median monthly rent of $667 position Lima as one of the most affordable cities in Ohio—offering exceptional value to families, young professionals, and retirees alike.
