LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) - Local businesses and organizations came together for a night of networking through duckpin bowling, food and activities.
The Lima/Allen County Chamber of Commerce kicked off its Pins and Pros Duckpin Bowling League at Corner Pins. Representatives from a wide range of industries — including insurance, manufacturing, nonprofit organizations and health care — took part in team-building activities throughout the evening. The series is designed to give participating organizations an opportunity to build professional connections in a fun, relaxed setting.
"Have some fun, enjoy some camaraderie amongst your colleagues, some team-building activities, and the opportunity to really share outside of the work environment to be able to have really some, just some good feelings about what we're doing from a colleague's standpoint," says Matt Childers, Director of Tiers & Business Development & ALL, Lima/Allen County Chamber of Commerce.
The Chamber’s Pins and Pros Duckpin Bowling League continues each Tuesday through Feb. 24.
