LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) — Two inmates have been recaptured following an escape from the WORTH Center Sunday night.
Brayden Baker, 21, of Spencerville, and Skyler Judy, 22, of Lima, are currently in the Allen County Jail facing escape charges.
According to a press release from the WORTH Center, around 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Judy and Baker climbed a recreation yard fence during a scheduled event.
The center immediately alerted law enforcement. Baker was captured Sunday night, while Judy was apprehended Monday morning in the Lima area.
Court records indicate that Judy and Baker were originally sent to the rehabilitation and treatment center on drug-related charges.
The WORTH Center said it is fully cooperating with the investigation by the Allen County Sheriff’s Office and conducting an internal investigation into the incident.

Two Individuals Apprehended After Escaping WORTH Center Recreation Yard
Lima, OH — On the evening of September 28, 2025, at approximately 7:37 p.m., two individuals — Skyler Judy and Brayden Baker — climbed the recreation yard fence at the WORTH Center during a scheduled program and left the facility without authorization.
The WORTH Center immediately activated its emergency response procedures and began working closely with the Allen County Sheriff's office. Thanks to the swift action of law enforcement, It is confirmed that both individuals were located and apprehended in the Lima area.
The WORTH Center will continue to be fully cooperative with the Allen County Sheriff’s Office throughout the entire investigation and will continue to provide any necessary assistance as the situation develops.
Additionally, the WORTH Center has initiated an internal investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident to determine any potential procedural failures and to ensure the continued safety and security of all residents and staff.
