Carri Breckenridge made her first appearance in court Wednesday for allegedly shooting Adam Hicks.
Breckenridge's assault with a deadly weapon charge is a second degree felony. After appearing before Judge Richard Workman her bail was set at 250,000 dollars cash. Police officials say the shooting occurred as the result of a domestic dispute between the two who were living together.
She has been ordered to have no contact with the victim and her preliminary hearing is set for March 8.
