ALLEN COUNTY, OH (WLIO) - On Monday, September 9, 2024, Bliss Road, between Kiggins Road and Lehman Road, will be closed for crossover repair. Work is expected to start at 8:00 a.m. and run through 2:30 p.m. The Allen County Engineer's Office states that there will be no access during closure.
