LIMA, OH (WLIO) -Â The City of Lima is warning motorists that a portion of East Market St. will be closed for a few days starting on Monday. Work is being done by Dominion Energy on North Jackson St. between Market and Spartan Way and is expected to take 3 days. The intersection of Jackson and Market Streets will be closed to traffic during that time. Weather permitting, Dominion Energy will be installing an underground utility gas line. There will be signs out to detour traffic around the closed area.
