The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a two vehicle injury accident.
It happened around 10:40 a.m. at the intersection of SR 15 and Rd. 21.
According to a news release, 80 year old Mary Klear of Continental was driving eastbound on CR 21 and failed to yield at the intersection and struck a car driven by 57 year old Christine Siler of Defiance.
Klear, Siler and three of her passengers were all transported to Defiance Mercy Hospital with minor injuries.
