"The funds go back to supporting scholarship initiatives, it goes back to supporting other activities that the clubs participate in, and all of the proceeds literally go back to supporting children and families that are living right here in the city of Lima," said Willie Heggins, the president of the Lima Kiwanis Club.

Members of the club said that this sale was part of their mission to serve the children of the world and help the development of leadership and servitude in the youth.
