CELINA, Ohio (WLIO) - A Columbus man was found guilty multiple sex related and child pornography charges that involve a girl from Mercer County.
A Mercer County Jury found Johnathon Grove, 44, guilty of 1 count of rape, 4 counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, 2 counts of importuning, 29 counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material, and 5 counts of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.
The girl was under 13 years old when the offenses started. He took pictures of the girl and had sexual contact with her over a two-year period. Groves will be sentenced in August, he could get a maximum of life in prison.
