A notable Lima Central Catholic grad returned to his hometown of Lima to address the community in support of the LCC Educational Foundation.
A graduate from LCC's 1960 class, Admiral Tom Lynch was the keynote speaker at the first annual Lima Central Catholic Educational Foundation Dinner. Lynch was the first person in his family to be in uniform entering the Naval Academy on a scholarship and playing for the Navy football team. From June 1991 to August 1994, he was the Superintendent of the Naval Academy and then retired in 1995.
Lynch said LCC played a huge role in his life's success as well as finding his soul mate who was his high school sweetheart turned wife.
