The Ohio State Highway Patrol says no one was injured in the incident. The unoccupied state truck was parked when the crash happened, just before 9 a.m. on State Route 224, near Gilboa. The driver of the vehicle that struck that truck was cited for failure to maintain an assured clear distance.
