LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) — Small business owners are always looking for ways to save time and cut costs, and Ohio State University is offering online courses that could help.

According to Bluevine, 40% of small businesses are already using artificial intelligence for marketing and sales growth. Ohio State will offer classes for owners who want help starting or scaling their businesses. The courses aim to boost efficiency, enhance marketing, and improve customer service. Students do not need a technical background to take advantage of AI to support their businesses.
