An old time Shawnee Township tradition is coming back and it will surely light up the night.
A drive around to look at Christmas lights is always a favorite holiday pastime and the Luminary Light Show at Indianbrook is being resurrected and will include some other Shawnee neighborhoods. It is planned for Tuesday, December 19th from 6 pm to 9 pm. Streets in the neighborhoods will be all aglow with thousands of luminaries. Organizers are also using the event as a food drive for the West Ohio Food Bank.
The grand illumination will be December 19th from 6 pm to 9 pm. Neighborhoods participating are Indianbrook, Amanda Lakes, Breezewood, and Wildbrook. Food bank donations will be accepted at Indianbrook. You can find out more on their Facebook page. Just search "Shawnee Luminary Night".
