Festivities continued Sunday at the 57th Ottoville Park Carnival.

On Sunday afternoon people enjoyed hot dogs, fries and other food. Due to the rain many people enjoyed their food under the tent and socialized with others.

In the evening the raffle booth and the beer and bingo tents will be open. Nashville Crush will also be performing at 8:30 p.m. The money raised from the 2-day event will go towards park projects.

“Everything from playground equipment to lighting, sidewalks, we’re putting in a new walk path here soon,” said W.D. Miller, the park carnival committee member. “We have some upgrades to our electrical systems over the past couple of years. Just general upkeep and improvements that we can do here in the park to keep this park a great place for everyone to come out and play.”

The carnival ended around 11:30 p.m. on Sunday.
