With temperatures crossing over 90 degrees, the beach manager said it has been very busy. They are seeing crowds in the hundreds and yesterday had an attendance near 200. Adding to the traditional 'raindrop' fountain and water slide, the park has added the aqua jump which requires a life jacket that is provided. Allen County residents and non-residents are welcome to the beach with varying prices. Toddlers under the age of 2 get in free.

"They can come out, lay on the beach," Chris Swisher said, beach manager. "We have sand toys they can use. We have floats they can use too. We have life jackets for everyone's safety out here. They can swim from noon to 7. And I hope they come out and enjoy the beach and have a lot of fun."

Season passes are also available for adult or youth singles or family passes.
