A suspect has been captured after a hit and run accident at Market Street and Glenwood Avenue this afternoon.
Brandon Maitlen, who was traveling northbound on Glenwood Avenue, failed to yield when he struck a westbound car on Market Street. The woman in the car that was hit was transported to St. Rita's with minor injuries. However, Maitlen, who struck her car, sped off. While the police were looking for him, he ditched his car and got a ride from someone else and went to his house. Police showed up to his home on Wales Avenue and he gave up without an incident.
Maitlen was charged with multiple charges including fleeing the scene
