A program at St. Rita’s Medical Center is designed to help high school students with disabilities learn what work is like in the real world.
Friday (5/20/2016) Project Search honored ten young adults that have completed the program.
They come from Lima Senior, Allen East, Elida, Bath, Shawnee and Ada high schools.
The students spent time working their soft skills, time management, interviewing strategies and independence.
Three of the students in project search have landed jobs at St. Rita’s.
