An Allen County teenager was severely injured after an ATV accident Monday night.
According to the Allen County Sheriff's Office, a 15-year-old male was riding a 4-wheeler along a ditch in the 7200 block of West State Road, when he lost control. The teen was not wearing a helmet and was thrown from the 4-wheeler. He suffered significant injuries. The teen was transported to St. Rita's, it's unknown what condition he is in today.
The sheriff's office says the cause of the accident is still under investigation.
