The three men who were charged in the death of 20-year-old Damere Oliphant appeared in court Thursday for their pre-trial.
19-year-old Dalton Duncan, 19-year-old Gavin Lauck, and 20-year-old Collin Dysert all signed speedy time waivers pushing back their trial.
This all stems from the March shooting where officers were called out to the former Taco Bell restaurant at the intersection of Cam Court and Shawnee Road where they found Oliphant shot to death.
Duncan and Dysert are being charged with four counts, including trafficking in drugs, kidnapping, involuntary manslaughter and murder, all with gun specifications.
Lauck is facing five counts that includes, trafficking in drugs, kidnapping, involuntary manslaughter and two counts of murder, all with gun specifications.
All three continue to be held on $500,000 cash surety bonds.
