The Heroin Interdiction Team of Mercer County made a drug bust during a traffic stop on State Route 127 last weekend.
The Heroin Interdiction Team called for police to make a traffic stop on a suspect wanted for an outstanding warrant. The driver, 30-year-old Kyle Blake of Celina was arrested on the outstanding warrant and was also charged with two counts of possession of drug abuse instruments. He was found with 2 syringes and a rock of meth. Front seat passenger, 36-year-old William Lange also had syringes and a rock of meth. The back seat passenger, 30-year-old Samantha Harris was later found with 53 capsules of heroin and a syringe inside her body cavity. She was then arrested for obstructing official business and possession of drug abuse instruments.
Bond was set by Celina Municipal Court Judge James Scheer at 100 thousand dollars each.
