January 15, 2025, Press Release from Bowling Green State University: BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – Located in one of America's safest college towns, Bowling Green State University recently received $500,000 from the state of Ohio to enhance campus safety for the learning community. Awarded through the Ohio Campus Safety Grant program, funding for BGSU will be used to upgrade and install new security camera infrastructure in high traffic and pedestrian areas across campus.
