LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) — The City of Lima has once again been recognized for its commitment to becoming a more bike-friendly community.
The annual Pedestrian and Bicycle Count is a way to get funding for improvements to keep people safe. Active transportation is becoming more popular and each year the Allen County Bicycle and Pedestrian Task Force take an inventory to see how people are traveling. It tracks the changes in walking and bicycling that will allow better planning for future active transportation infrastructure.
