A Lima woman is in custody after police say a fetus was found in a dumpster.

A man was arrested by the Allen County SWAT team after an hours-long standoff stemming from an alleged domestic violence incident involving firearms in American Township.

Two Allen County residents have pleaded guilty in federal court to child pornography and exploitation charges and are scheduled to be sentenced in April.
