This year, the event sold out, with more than 200 golfers teeing off. The money raised through sponsorships, auctions, and ticket sales will help fund research to find a cure for the disease and will benefit organizations like the "James" that support and treat cancer patients and survivors. Each year, one person is honored at the event, and this year it was Emily Judy, who survived an aggressive form of breast cancer.
