Tonight at the Delphos City Council meeting, councilors discussed an ordinance on its first reading that would set up and American Rescue Plan Fund, which ultimately had discussion on, but ended up tabling the ordinance. The bill would set up a fund that would use money received from the American Rescue Plan to use on the pandemic response.
