One of the two men accused in the largest heroin bust in Allen County history has had his trial set for next month. 

A man accused in the largest heroin seizure in Allen County was in court Monday trying to suppress evidence against him.  39-year-old Anthony Duvernay is accused of being one of two men involved in bringing in heroin from out of state.
