The Allen County Regional Transit Authority is nearing completion of a two-year garage expansion that nearly doubles its maintenance space and adds several new features to improve bus service operations. During construction, crews also uncovered 16 burials from Lima's historic Tanner Street Cemetery, including remains that could possibly belong to Revolutionary War soldier Pvt. Elijah Stites.
