The city of Lima officially switched on its four-acre, 3,120-panel floating solar field at the Twin Lakes reservoirs Wednesday morning. The second-largest floating solar array in Ohio will provide power to the Lima Water Treatment Plant and offset 976 metric tons of carbon dioxide annually.
