As a part of the Democratic Party, Lima Mayor David Berger and Councilwoman Carla Thompson are calling on Attorney General Mike DeWine for changes. 

The Ohio House has approved a bill that would reduce the penalties for concealed-carry permit holders that fail to tell police about their weapon if detained.
