East Road, between Dutch Hollow Road and State Route 309, will be closed to through traffic on Thursday, September 12, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. for chip seal. Emergency vehicles will have access during this closure. The Allen County Engineer's Office is also announcing that Baty Road, between State Route 81 and State Route 309, will be closing for chip seal from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 12, 2024.

The Allen County Engineer's Office is announcing that Reservoir Road, between Mumaugh Road and McClure Road, will be closed on Monday, July 29, 2024, from 7:30 a.m. through 2:00 p.m. for chip seal. Emergency vehicles will have access during the closure.

Allen County Commissioners and Township Trustees agreed on about $1.83 million for the 2016 Road Program which includes chip seal and pavement projects across the county.
