The Allen County Fair is offering a chance to win some prizes, if you get tickets to their main fair concert. Chris Young will be the main act at the fair on Saturday August 20th. Young has taken over the country music scene and is a multi-platinum RCA Records entertainer. He's known for songs like "At the End of a Bar" and "I'm Coming Over".
