More than 6,500 people are expected to attend Koe Wetzel’s concert Saturday night at the Allen County Fair, in addition to regular fairgoers, creating increased demand for parking. Fair officials are encouraging attendees to use a shuttle from Ohio State University Lima’s Lot C, which will run to the fairgrounds from 6:30 p.m. to midnight.
