A Lima mother is continuing her efforts to raise awareness about mental health and suicide prevention through the Dear Nicholas Foundation. The organization’s upcoming Bow Tie Event will raise money to support mental health services in Allen, Auglaize and Hardin counties.
A local foundation and the Mental Health and Recovery Services Board teaming up to put on an event that raises awareness for those struggling with suicide. The Dear Nicholas Foundation sponsored the Bow Tie event at the Civic Center on Thursday, in honor of their son Nicholas Bader, who died by suicide.
