June 19, 2024, Press Release from the Ohio State Highway Patrol: Perrysburg Twp - The Ohio State Highway Patrol’s Bowling Green Post is currently investigating a two-vehicle serious injury crash that occurred on State Route 199 at Dowling Road in Perrysburg Township, Wood County. On June 18th, at approximately 08:15 P.M., a 2021 Ford F-150 truck, driven by Arik J. Witker, was southeast on SR199, approaching Dowling Road. A 2005 Toyota Avalon, driven by Elliott T. Downard, was westbound on Dowling Road.
