A Lima resident shared his powerful story at the Allen County Fair to inspire people to never drive while impaired. Nathan Richard told fairgoers his story about being hit by a drunk driver as the Lima Allen County Safe Community Coalition kicked off the National "Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over" campaign.
