Ten students from area schools were recognized for their winning essays in the DARE program, highlighting lessons on safety and decision-making. Organizers are also preparing for upcoming Safety City field trips and summer program registration.

Six students presented their projects at the Rotary Club this week, selecting topics meaningful to them and analyzing them through the lens of the Four-Way Test. The test asks: "Is it the truth?" "Is it fair to all concerned?" "Will it build goodwill and better friendships?" and "Will it be beneficial to all concerned?"
