It could only take a couple of minutes of your time to be more informed in the future. That is what the Hancock County Sheriff office is wanting residents to do by signing up for the alert service Everbridge. The City of Findlay currently uses the service and now it can be used countywide to get texts, phone calls or even emails about emergency alerts, hazmat and fire situations, and weather-related alerts. The sheriff’s office was on hand at the Hancock County Fair all week to help get people signed up.
