A multi-agency investigation dubbed "Operation Money Trap" led to the arrest of a 22-year-old man accused of collecting money from a Celina senior citizen targeted by scammers. Police say the victim's cooperation helped investigators make an arrest and could prevent similar scams against other older adults.
