Allen County Children Services hosted its annual free giveaway, providing donated clothing, household items and other necessities to agency clients before opening the event to the public. The Lima Police Department served hot dogs, and the Oakwood Correctional Facility donated more than 350 pounds of fresh vegetables to help local families.
