The Springs of Lima held a "Virtual Dementia Tour". Participants put on headphones, special gloves and socks, as well as glasses that simulated the types of different sensory effects that those with dementia go through. Participants were taken into a room where they had to perform day-to-day tasks that some may see as easy, but for those with dementia, it can be challenging.
