It's a practice that's been seen in 12 Ohio counties since last October: the installation of illegal credit card skimmers in gas pumps.

It's so convenient to just pull up to a pump and pay for your gas right there.  "You don't have to go in, you can usually just enter in the card," Jason Smith, a customer, said.
