Golf for Kids' Sake is coming up for Big Brothers Big Sisters - Dr. Portia Smith has the details!
Golfers in Putnam County took advantage of a great day to hit the links to help raise money for a local mentoring program.
This is the 8th year for the Putnam County Big Brothers Big Sisters "Golf for Kids Sake" outing at the Pike Run Golf Course. The golf outing is one of two major fund raisers for the agency, the other is a bowling event in the spring. Ever since starting the event, the community and local businesses have been coming out to support Big Brothers Big Sisters and the kids they serve.
