The Lima NAACP held a news conference Monday to address the mistreatment of a student who was allegedly verbally and physically attacked by a teacher. Monday afternoon, a West Middle School mother, Heather Howard, came forward to discuss how her son Aiden Howard, was allegedly called a derogatory phrase by his art teacher back in April. She also claims that the teacher put his hands on him a few weeks later.
