Both the F.O.P. 109 Warthogs out of Wood County and the Toledo Police hockey team gathered around Francis' wife and kids to show their support as well. During the game, raffles and donations were taking place. And whether people were helping put the event on or playing in the game itself, valuing the memory of a hero netted the biggest reward.
